* PBA Cards have been distributed any concerns contact your Trustee.
* **Recently the PBA and the NYS Department of Labor met with MTA Police Management relative the ongoing radio problem. These meetings were conducted due to the Notice of Violation from the Department of Labor. In these meetings it was decided due to safety concerns that members on patrol would have a partner at all times. The final details of this voluntary compliance for 2 person patrols is still being worked out
* All members are reminded to prepare radio complaint forms when any radio malfunctions or dispatching errors occur
